Nail Swap AI is an artificial intelligence-powered platform that allows users to virtually try on nail designs by uploading photos of their hands and applying various nail art styles, colors, and shapes. The service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to generate AI-enhanced nail art images.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

Create an account with accurate and complete information
Be at least 13 years of age
Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Payment and Credits

Our service operates on a prepaid credit system:

Credits are purchased in packages (e.g., 10 credits for $9.99)
Each AI nail design generation consumes one credit
Credits do not expire and are non-refundable once purchased
Failed generations due to technical issues will not consume credits
All payments are processed securely through Stripe

5. User Content and Images

When you upload images to our service:

You retain ownership of your original images
You grant us a license to process and enhance your images using AI
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload any images
We may store images temporarily for processing but will not share them with third parties
Generated nail art images belong to you

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service for:

Uploading inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our AI technology
Creating automated accounts or bots
Reselling or redistributing our service without permission
Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Nail Swap AI platform, including its AI technology, design, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nail Swap AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for credits in the past 12 months.
